When you come to this understanding, it’s a frightening one, a sobering one. \u00a0But it’s also extremely\u00a0empowering, because now you can really believe that taking your organization to the next level isn’t in someone else’s hands \u2013 it’s in yours.<\/p>\n
There’s a quote that you hear a lot in business circles, with good reason. \u00a0“Leaders are readers.”<\/p>\n
This is a simple way of saying that your role as the leader of your [potentially very small] business includes learning and growth. \u00a0Reading is a great way to do that. \u00a0Both Nancy and I have some suggested reading lists.<\/p>\n
